We are pleased to announce that Chrome’s Board of Directors has appointed Stuart Chambers to the position of Process Excellence Practice Lead from July 1, 2020.

This announcement is a significant step towards Chrome’s vision of broadening the ECM and invoice automation capabilities, extending its process excellence offering. Chrome has always believed in delivering optimised business processes by serving the right content to the business user, which is needed to move the process on with the minimum amount of effort. The opportunity is to see how efficient is the process running across the transaction system and the content system using process mining.

Process mining is a family of techniques in the field of process management that support the analysis of business processes based on actual event logs.

Our approach links operational data to strategic objectives, providing real-time visibility into the behaviours that are driving organisational business outcomes across the structured and unstructured information – all in just a matter of weeks. Using real data, we build compelling cases for change, to ensure transformation benefits are realised, meanwhile removing unconscious costs from processes.

Business practices are constantly changing in response to economic and competitive, this is the diagnostic tool to pre-emptively measure the actual impact on profit.

“Stuart’s background in supporting organisations to leverage data and insights to improve business performance, and his history building high performing teams across ANZ makes him a natural fit for this role,” said Chrome Consulting’s CEO, Mark Frear.

“I’m excited to be joining such a well-regarded SAP and OpenText partner in Chrome. I’m also really looking forward to working with such a talented team to complement how we support our customers to evolve, adapt and prosper in today’s changing market” said Stuart Chambers.
